Ahmed Khaled is an entrepreneur and real estate investment advisor with more than ten years of experience across the Egyptian and UAE property markets, and is licensed by Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA). He is the Founder and CEO of Concord Elite Properties, an advisory firm built on a simple principle: a client should understand an investment fully before committing to it.
His work sits where property, capital and business strategy meet. He advises investors, business owners and families on where real estate fits in their wider plans, how to judge an opportunity on its fundamentals, and how to manage an asset well after the purchase is complete.
In both markets, his practice rests on long-standing relationships with clients, developers and partners. He measures success by the decisions clients are still glad they made years later.
